Speedy,reliable,friendly After having to call a rescue service out on boxing day because my car wouldn't start I was informed that it was due to a problem with the barrel stopping the key from fully turning. After spending 2 days waiting for responses from other companies I found this company during a search online for local companies. Even though I messaged them really early they responded in under a minute & managed to answer my questions,provide an approximate quote & book me in for a timeslot later for that same day. I received a courtesy call to let me know when the locksmith was on his way & another when he arrived outside. A lovely locksmith/engineer called Andrian turned up who was friendly,polite & professional. He managed to get my car up & running a lot faster than I was expecting, quite a relief over the xmas hols! I would highly recommend this company if you need a reliable, speedy,friendly response!

Had an entry lock replaced Had an entry lock replaced. Requested same-day service and the technician showed up was exactly on time. Everything that was being performed was explained and the technician spent extra time to make sure the door operated smoothly with the new lock. He went above and beyond by spending the extra time to grind down our strike plate to make sure it was 100% perfect fit. A+ service.
