GBVery bad experience. Did not honor appointments . This is actually a 0 star review. Contracted them for a gazebo installation. It seems they don't have any control over their workers or contractors, who took them for a ride. They never showed up even after getting a confirmation a hour an before the scheduled time. when I contacted the workers met with an emergency or incommunicado last minute. This happend 3- 4 times. Even after 3 weeks they couldn't install the gazebo.

GBThey have a customer for life. I called last night, received a response from a very friendly customer service agent. Set me up with an appointment the very next day to have my office desk assembled. My Service expert Steven was punctual, professional and ready to work. 30 minutes later my desk was all put together and beautiful. Inexpensive, great customer service and great work! GBheadboard I had a bed headboard, frame and footboard installed. I am very please how professional and quickly they installed. And they did it on a Sunday. I will hire Fixtman again for repair or installs. Thank you

GBVery impressed with this service in… Very impressed with this service in full. The process of scheduling the TV mounting project was simple, the communication leading up to the start time was great, Behnam showed up right at the beginning of the 2-hour window (8 am on the dot) and was done with mounting our 3 TVs in under an hour. Overall, very impressed and will happily recommend!

GBHighly recommend FixTman… I would highly recommend FixTman services. I had been waiting a few days and needed assistance assembling a buffet for my dining room. When I phoned FixTman, they responded immediately, contacted a tech and scheduled my appt in a couple of hours. The tech arrived on time and assembled the buffet. Great work, fast and courteous.
