Laminate Flooring It was a little confusing at first. First one man met us at the door, he turned us over to a second man, who then turned us over to a wonderful lady that did all the work. She was on time to calculate the amount of flooring we needed. The installers were respectful and did a great job. The first man came to inspect the job. I was able to obtain a lot of information from the booklet given to me e.g. how long the warranty was for and care of the laminate. As a whole we’re very happy with the floor and glad we used Dove Interiors.

Hard workers do the installation Hard workers do the installation. It would be good to have a non-installer do a final inspection.

Wrong product.misrepresented quality … Wrong product.misrepresented quality workmanship however.

Dove has gone above and beyond to… Dove has gone above and beyond to assist me with a broken shade that was past the warranty. After the shade broke a number of times (hardware issue) they contacted Hunter Douglas and are providing me with a replacement shade. Dove continues to provide excellent customer service after installation.

Good focus on customer satisfaction. The sales staff and installation were both good!
