Good experience all the way around... Great customer service. Quality Carpet really cares about making their customers happy. I like that they are a small company, and I like supporting small business. I would not hesitate to use Quality Carpet One in the future.

Professionalism Personified From showroom samples to home measurements... From the start of installation to completion of project, Quailty Carpet One Floor and Home there was nothing but Excellence, Quality and old fashioned hard work.

Friendly, professional service from start to finish This business turned an unfortunate water damage situation into a positive experience. Shawn was quick and responsive with the insurance company, doing with he could to speed up the process. The show room was laid out well and Greg gave us useful suggestions for our flooring. They were flexible with working out a fair deal for us. The installers were fast, friendly, and fastidious. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area.

Great job on the carpet! The carpet looks great. I was dispoointed that there were so many chips in paint of the railing as had just had the railing painted and had to get it repainted after the carpet.

The salesman helped us with the …every step of selection, measurements The salesman helped us with the selection of the best flooring. We are very happy with the Mannington vinyl. The installers were very experienced and carefully installed floor and trim . We are very pleased with the results. We will recomend your store to others. David Moday
