USGreat Partnership I have been a customer of Retail Control Systems for the past 2 years now and cannot be more pleased with the type of support our Company(Lands' End) receives. We use the both the portal and phone in for our support calls and the response is very quick. Most of the support people working at RCS are very familiar with the software and have a great knowledge to help with our issues. We have been also very pleased with the training that we have purchased with RCS. Most of the training has been online and works great and saves a little bit of money. I attended their yearly conference in Boston a year ago and the amount of information I received was very valuable as being fairly new to the software. I am looking forward to this years conference also as I have a better understanding on the software and looking to now network with other customer of RCS and learn more functionality with the software.
