Bad installation / worse customer service Installation was done poorly we had several small issues which they were able to make good enough, but after replacing a piece right inside the front door - you can see the seam and it looks like a different color. They say it's as good as it gets and will do no more. Mike, the owner, does NOT care at all about customer service. I have never dealt with a business owner who cares less than he does.

Excellent quality and service! This is my second carpet experience with Inside Story. They are professional and courteous every time I speak with any of the guys. I genuinely appreciate the expertise and wisdom that Mike has provided when I can't make my mind up! They show up when they say they will and get the job done and in this day and age-that is rare!
