Excellent Customer Service Started the new carpet process with another area retailer. Got a bid from Carpet One/San Ramon to compare. The way they handled the process from beginning to end was soooo much more personal! Better follow up and follow-thru. Sharon and Ken were exceptional in their assistance and communication.
