GBGood experience It took me a while to select carpet but the sales team was helpful, providing samples and suggestions. Carpet was installed and it looks great. I had a concern about a seam and the installers were back doing everything they could to ensure my experience was positive.

GBExcellent product Carpet One went out of their way to find the right carpet for my home. I went in there with ideas and came out with a better solution. The measuring went quickly and installation on schedule. Was concerned with how carpet met hardwood and they came up with a solution that worked. Suggested a new vacuum, but that wasn't a problem.
