Not impressed with customer service Not impressed with customer service. I’ve reached out total of 4 times from email to Insta messaging and no response back (plus, no phone number to call). When it lists 4 day shipping, but only a confirmation email and it’s been a week since purchased 10 bandannas. It would be much appreciated to be able to reach someone in customer service to help you. I was looking very forward to have more matching bandannas for my boys, but at this point not impressed as have no idea if will even see my order, or how to even get refund if no one responses.

They are a scam They are a scam! I placed my order in January and never received my order. They are unresponsive to my emails. Their Instagram and Facebook is flooded with customers who never received their order

Same issues as many others. Same issues as many others. Ordered several items Nov 24th. Received order confirmation and shipping info right away, however USPS claims they did not receive the package until December 22nd. It is now December 27th and I still don't have my order and don't have an ETA. I have emailed Crooked Coyote at least two times about this, trying to figure out the status of my order and have not received a response. Their website 12/1/21 update states they aren't having any issues and orders should be processed within a week and arrive on time. They also have a holiday delivery guarantee, which was not fulfilled but I have no information on what the company is going to do to make this right.

Yes, yes 1000x YES I LOVE the items I ordered from Crooked Coyote! I recently rescued a pup and I'm already in "spoiling the heck out of my fur-child" mode and I couldn't be happier with the scarves I ordered (tie-dye, purple paisley, and the whale print). And the fact that I can wash them is even better. I probably could have ordered a size down, my dog is 49 lbs and I think I could have gone with a medium over a large. I just roll down the top a little to make it fit better- and now I know for next time! Will definitely be ordering more from them in the future!

Great quality and fast shipping! Great quality and fast shipping! Wow these are by far the best bandanas I have gotten for my dog. The fabric isn't stiff so it drapes nicely, and the stitching looks really sturdy. Also the shipping estimate was completely accurate and we got the bandanas within a few days. I will definitely be back for more!!
