USWater supply line break flooded our home We had a water supply line break in our master bathroom on January 18th, 2023 at 10:00 PM. It flooded our master bath and bedroom. The water also went into my office, parts of the living room, dining room and entry foyer. We called Ericksons at 10:30 and they had someone out at our home by midnight. Their tech, Jesus, arrived and quickly organized the mitigation effort. He immediately started to remove the water from the affected rooms and then brought in 32 fans and 4 drying units to start the drying out process. He worked until nearly 5AM. The next day he came back out to check the drying process and to remove the damaged flooring and baseboards. Dave Beauregard, their water mitigation manager came out soon after to scope out the damage and plan the mitigation and restoration efforts. Dave put our minds at ease about the situation and explained in detail the next steps. He met with our insurance adjuster and assisted in identifying the damaged areas as well as what would be required to return our home to its original condition. Ericksons restoration crew led by Lazarus did an excellent job in restoring our home. They installed new flooring, baseboards, and painted all the needed areas. They even hung our pictures on the walls. They even did a deep clean of the house after the work had been completed. Sarah Mullen in their accounting department connected with our insurance company to expedite our claim for the water mitigation and restoration work and kept us informed of the status. We recommend Ericksons to anyone who has a disaster as we did. They are great. Richard and Terri Gerlach
