Unfortunately, I don’t know if it is really helping my 12 year old dog who was diagnosed with mass cell tumors three years ago, and has had three surgeries to remove cancerous tumors. We need to see how long he lives pain-free. He is still eating and drinking and walking 2 to 6 miles every day. Pethealth will take back any unopened containers and refund my money for unopened containers when my dog dies. He takes 4 per day (2 with breakfast & 2 with supper) because he weighs 70 lbs.

GBVery questionable! Their emails and website both claim you can edit or change your subscription easily. There's no where to even set up an account, let alone manage your subscription. Their website is terrible. Even the links to go to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc. don't work. I called their number and the rep was nice but also didn't have a clue about being able to set up an account or manage a subscription. Said she'd have a manager call me and one never did. I've emailed them as well. No response yet, although it hasn't been much time to respond. To top it off, I just got my credit card bill and they charged me when I didn't even order! Didn't get the product yet either! The bad thing is my dog with cancer likes the supplements and I was really hoping it would help him, but seeing how unreliable they appear to be, I don't trust them to keep using their product. Totally false advertising to say you can edit and cancel your subscription when you can't. And from what I'm seeing, they put you on a monthly subscription whether you sign up for it or not. Makes me wonder about their claims for their product being legit too! Update: I called about the additional subscription I didn't sign up for and received good service/help. The order is in transit but he gave me 25% off of it and canceled that subscription. Basically, if you want to make any changes you will just have to call. There's no way to do anything online. Their customer service is responsive when you call though.
