GBThis service is a rip off This service is a rip off. I’m unhappy with optery’s progress. I went into my account to cancel and the site returned a message saying my account would remain active until the renewal date in september 2024. Proceed with caution, there are pop-ups all over the site to get you to upgrade your service, which i did, yet i still find myself all over the internet and cannot cancel my subscription. Save yourself the headache and the money and find a different service you can cancel if you’re unhappy.

GBOptery works Optery works. I see my information out there less and less. Sign up for a yearly membership to get the best results because it takes time for the data brokers to remove your information. Optery takes care of it so I don’t have to worry.

GBOptery or SEAL Teams I hate that there are literally hundreds of websites that sell my personal information. Optery scrubs almost all of them for me. It’s like whack-a-mole. You gotta keep at it. I guess forever. Or until the US government approves the use of a SEAL Team to “disuade” identity thieves from plying their trade.

NLPerhaps save your money and go with a different service for now I feel they're standoffish when you ask for custom removals or for details of removals. I suspect they outsource their removals to the Philippians, potentially providing PII to contractors overseas. When I've asked about the speed of service, they're replied back with legalese language from their policies. They charge a premium price, but I feel their competitors can do just as good a job for half the cost. Make sure you do your own spot checks on their work, as I've repeatedly found my information online when it was reportedly removed. I'm also VERY concerned about the tracking on their site. They use Facebook Connect, Hotjar, Reddit, DoubleClick, and others to track users on a site that sells a service aimed at people who want privacy. Overall, I suspect they're prioritizing growth over providing a quality service. Perhaps save your money and go with a different service for now.

GBVery satisfied with resolution to a tiny billing issue! Had a very minor billing issue, Optery Help Desk reached out immediately, then handled the problem for me very satisfactorily, and all this on Thanksgiving Day 2023! Also, the amount of SPAM emails and calls has dropped dramatically, and gets better every day. I am so relieved to not have to field these calls especially, since I work on the phone and they used to interrupt my work day. This service is worth it, and they do all the hard work for you!
