Excellent service! We've been very happy with the service from 4Wires.com! We've got a security system as soon as we have moved into a newly purchased house, and they've been very helpful with advising the best wireless solutions. Their rates are great and affordable, and the service personnel are knowledgeable and friendly.

My Experience With 4Wires.com Stay away from this company. They use old, obsolete, or refurbused equipment which is unreliable and constantly breaks down. My alarm didn't even last 6 years. Nothing worked properly - the cameras, the monitors, the carbon monoxide detector, the DVR, the glass breaking sensors, the doorbell/intercom system. The alarm went off constantly. And if all that wasn't enough, the company decided not to do residential alarms anymore and left all it's customers twisting in the wind with no protection after charging astronomical prices for installation and their garbage equipment. I paid 1/3 the price for a state of the art alarm system with ADT, who is providing fast, reliable service and the newest equipment available for home protection. I had three different alarm companies give me estimates before I made my choice. None of them could figure out what to do with the inferior wiring or equipment 4Wires had installed and had to start from scratch. They also couldn't believe the age and poor quality of the equipment, but we're not surprised it only lasted 6 years.
