Amazing people, knowledge & customer service … Amazing people with a true love for all the animals! Their knowledge is fantastic and I cannot thank them all enough. I visited after recently getting my first jumping spider who wasn’t eating they provided all the tips and tricks to and variety of foods to try and today he has successfully taken down his first meal worm! I cannot thank them enough for all their support and for sharing their knowledge with me :) This was my third visit and each time the customer service is phenomenal! See you again soon!

Ordered brooks king on the 9th December Ordered brooks king on the 9th December and received it on the 12th January.the snake arrived well packaged.I was hoping she would eat and drink before she settled in her new home.within an hour she ate drank and had a brief swim before shedding as she left her pool.so two weeks on now and she’s growing fast always hungry and full of mischief and ready for fuzzies.she will have a 5x2x2 Viv next month and I have already got a shadedweller t5 max pro and a projection heater and dimmer thermostat.she will have the best I can give her.service was good and I will order from exotic pets in the future!”
