Nothing was damaged or broken, and they reassembled everything that needed to be taken apart, from the couches and dining room table to the Ikea cabinet. They provide very detailed, fair and accurate quotes, arrive on time (or sometimes ahead of schedule), handle every package, big or small, with great care, and are overwhelmingly friendly. I've used them twice now and cannot recommend them enough.
