Good experience with Units Tim was very helpful getting the unit to my location. I was a little concerned because my driveway is sloped. He had me sent a picture and assured me that it would work. They brought the unit up the driveway by remote and it worked perfectly. Chris came right away when called and took the unit away. I was very pleased with all aspects of this experience.

100% recommend them without hesitation!!! UNITS is an absolutely fantastic company. I would 100% recommend them without hesitation!!! My husband and I made a long-distance move from Texas to Minnesota. We filled a container from UNITS, had it shipped to MN, and then drove from TX by ourselves. We stayed in temporary housing for a little over six months, and UNITS stored our things until we found a house to buy and move in. All throughout the process, they kept in touch with us several times -- not only to set up the move, but they also checked in periodically over the months during the storage period just for an update. Everyone was super-courteous and friendly, and always willing to help, no matter which location or which person I talked to. Container pickup and delivery is really fun to watch, too -- the container comes on a flatbed with a forklift that is remote-controlled by a single operator! Pretty amazing. They leave the container for you to load, come back when you're done, and the same when you receive it for unloading. We moved to a city that didn't have a UNITS facility, but they stored it in their Minneapolis facility and then drove it to our city once we needed it. They gave us a set amount of time to get it unloaded so that the driver wouldn't have to go back and forth (two hour drive each way). It was no problem and it all went really smoothly. Again I would 100% recommend UNITS to anyone making a long-distance move and/or needing storage. Top-notch customer service and quality work!!

They always answered our phone calls or returned our call immediately. Very very pleasant and always delivered. Our units were stored for 3 months. They're not just for moving!

Didn't deliver unit on time Didn't deliver unit on time, day late, then were late that next morning while we had hired help waiting on the unit to load. Expect a week before collection. I experienced issues with delivering the pod and was told they were training new people. Do not expect a timely pickup either. Bottom line.... They have growing pains. Nice people but they are over committed.
