I was really pleased with Units… I was really pleased with Units storage, from the friendly and helpful customer service in choosing the right size storage container, to the professional drop off and then pickup of the unit when done. They offered a good fair price. The container was clean, well maintained and even in a month of heavy rain and freezes, kept all of our things safe and dry during the remodel. I would definitely use use Units OKC again and highly recommend them.

Victor Barrera/ Horizon Credit Union It was a very nice ribbon cutting celebration. Units Moving and Portal Storage is a great addition to the Treasure Valley. Portal Storages are in big demand. People need space to hold more of their valuables, Furniture and Heirlooms etc. Many portals are either at home or stored somewhere on their property. Others enjoy keeping the Portal Units secure and safe in the New Portal Storage Facility in Nampa. Jim and his staff are very friendly. I think they will be very successful. As mentioned above Storage Portal Units are needed. As more and more people move into the Treasure Valley. These Portal Units are needed to help keep things in order for new families coming to town.

Didn't deliver unit on time Didn't deliver unit on time, day late, then were late that next morning while we had hired help waiting on the unit to load. Expect a week before collection. I experienced issues with delivering the pod and was told they were training new people. Do not expect a timely pickup either. Bottom line.... They have growing pains. Nice people but they are over committed.

10 Stars Custom Service I had an appointment with PODS, they Never Showed and it took a week for then refund my money. I went through hell trying to get my refund quickly, no cooperation whatsoever. It was a Pods driver that suggested "Units". They really were a life saver in my time of need!!. Always go for the family business. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND their SERVICES.
