Smooth Move! (not a cheesy line... for real!) Our move was as smooth as it could possibly be. From first contact through to the final unload, everyone was polite, professional and efficient. The moving crew was amazing. They were so polite and worked so hard, we loved them. You can't go wrong trusting these guys with your move. Moving is a stressful process, but a lot less so with professionals to literally do the heavy lifting. 5 stars well deserved!

Okay but not really concerned about our things or providing services They did okay with handling all of our furniture and not hitting walls. One man complained about how heavy the boxes of books were, and I could only think, but that is what you're here for. I was a bit nervous, that they did continuously put 3 boxes together on a dolly that they never looked to see what was in the box at the bottom - as to whether it should have that kind of weight on it. I knew there was no fragile items in the PODs, but still there had to be some that were "labled nothing on top" The real negativity happened at the end. I had to pay a minimum of 3 hours. The job was to remove items from two pods and bring them into our house. It was a great deal of furniture and boxes. They finished before the 3 hours were up. Because we were moving the rest of our belongings into a home we had quasi-moved into last year, I asked them to move some things around inside the house which they had not brought in and the leader of the three said that is not what I paid for and they had another job to go to. I paid $640 for those 3 hours and I couldn't believe they had scheduled another job so close to mine assuming mine would be over early. I had used a different company when we initially brought items over to our house (we had an addition being built - hence the pods). That company personnel seemed more concerned about our things and were just in general more personable. I just got the feeling Zip personnel were thinking about their next job the whole time they were working for us.
