AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY! A terrible experience from start-to-finish. This company is a huge scam (convenient that they name their business so close to the reputable national company United Van Lines). They kept our deposit and never gave us move dates and refused to refund us. Additionally, they would only take e-checks for the deposit and told us that the remainder of the money that was due was to be paid in CASH or money orders! If that's not a huge, huge red flag, I don't know what is. Please be careful with these people. The customer service agent was gruff and yelled at us as she monologued her well-rehearsed spiel (you could tell she's had to do this dance in the past from other scammed customers).

This moving company is amazing—not just… This moving company is amazing—not just one of the best movers, but one of the best companies I've ever hired. They're really good at figuring out costs upfront, so you don't get surprised with extra charges later (unlike another company I used). They're also really good at sticking to their schedule, getting everything picked up and delivered right on time. I hope I get to hire them again soon.

Be wary of this company Be wary of this company. Estimates are just that and they take full advantage of that fact. Mine was more than doubled when done. Boxes are missing, antique furniture arrived destroyed beyond repair. Glasses, mirrors, pottery all arrived in pieces. Customer service is non existent! When trying to find where the missing boxes were, no one ever returned my calls after leaving almost weekly calls. Filing a claim required knowing exactly what was in in each box, value of all items and numerous other almost impossible information. Settlement amount of under $100 was finally "granted" to me after more than a year of dealing with this company.

My pick up and delivery of our belongings was great My pick up of our belongings was wonderful. A team of three showed up and promptly got to work. Be prepared that you didn’t pack everything as needed for your items to be safe. The team packed my fragile items extra, which did cost but it protected the items so much better. My delivery driver experience was also great. Mike delivered our household all by himself as his teammate was stuck in a snowstorm. He was awesome and very organized.

Despite potential changes within the moving team, the standard of service remains consistently high—marked by promptness, attentiveness, and meticulous handling of our belongings. While their pricing may exceed that of other providers, the discernible difference in quality justifies the investment. Rest assured, we will be contracting their services for our forthcoming relocation.
