CAI wouldn’t hesitate to hire their… I wouldn’t hesitate to hire their movers again in the future! They were punctual, friendly and worked diligently. They packed my furniture meticulously and also wrapped it in furniture blankets for additional protection. I cannot thank them enough for delivering it safely to me!

GBThe pick up and delivery of my furniture was great. Excellent moving crew!!!!! The pick up and delivery of my furniture was excellent. They were careful, patient and very efficient. Both the pickup foremen and delivery foremen, Mike and crew were great. However, the process for payment of services is very confusing and difficult. First down payment was simple with debit card, but the company does not inform you that the remainder of the payment upon pickup and delivery must be in cash or USPS money order, or wire the money a day before. You don’t get this information up front. So if you pay in installments it is a nightmare and the company excepts no other payment forms. They need a better form of payment and they need to explain the details of payment upfront.

GBBe wary of this company Be wary of this company. Estimates are just that and they take full advantage of that fact. Mine was more than doubled when done. Boxes are missing, antique furniture arrived destroyed beyond repair. Glasses, mirrors, pottery all arrived in pieces. Customer service is non existent! When trying to find where the missing boxes were, no one ever returned my calls after leaving almost weekly calls. Filing a claim required knowing exactly what was in in each box, value of all items and numerous other almost impossible information. Settlement amount of under $100 was finally "granted" to me after more than a year of dealing with this company.

GBAVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY! A terrible experience from start-to-finish. This company is a huge scam (convenient that they name their business so close to the reputable national company United Van Lines). They kept our deposit and never gave us move dates and refused to refund us. Additionally, they would only take e-checks for the deposit and told us that the remainder of the money that was due was to be paid in CASH or money orders! If that's not a huge, huge red flag, I don't know what is. Please be careful with these people. The customer service agent was gruff and yelled at us as she monologued her well-rehearsed spiel (you could tell she's had to do this dance in the past from other scammed customers).
