Despite potential changes within the moving team, the standard of service remains consistently high—marked by promptness, attentiveness, and meticulous handling of our belongings. While their pricing may exceed that of other providers, the discernible difference in quality justifies the investment. Horrible move! Horrible move!! Stay away from this company!! They low balled estimate, then asked for more $$ mere days before scheduled move (underestimated size of truck needed), customer service is the absolute worst, and their insurance at $0.60/lb/article is a joke, ie they won’t pay claims. In addition, they brokered our load to another carrier without telling us. Both Drivers did not speak English. We ended up paying 77% MORE than the initial estimate. RUN AWAY from this company!!
