We got great advice from the front desk man, and we talked about our needs, as well as the needs of our dogs. The packing crew was punctual, but they also thought about our kids and pets.

They low balled estimate, then asked for more $$ mere days before scheduled move (underestimated size of truck needed), customer service is the absolute worst, and their insurance at $0.60/lb/article is a joke, ie they won’t pay claims. In addition, they brokered our load to another carrier without telling us. Both Drivers did not speak English. We ended up paying 77% MORE than the initial estimate. RUN AWAY from this company!!
