The pick up and delivery of my furniture was great. Excellent moving crew!!!!! The pick up and delivery of my furniture was excellent. They were careful, patient and very efficient. Both the pickup foremen and delivery foremen, Mike and crew were great. However, the process for payment of services is very confusing and difficult. First down payment was simple with debit card, but the company does not inform you that the remainder of the payment upon pickup and delivery must be in cash or USPS money order, or wire the money a day before. You don’t get this information up front. So if you pay in installments it is a nightmare and the company excepts no other payment forms. They need a better form of payment and they need to explain the details of payment upfront.

Be prepared that you didn’t pack everything as needed for your items to be safe. The team packed my fragile items extra, which did cost but it protected the items so much better. My delivery driver experience was also great. Mike delivered our household all by himself as his teammate was stuck in a snowstorm. He was awesome and very organized.

We got great advice from the front desk man, and we talked about our needs, as well as the needs of our dogs. The packing crew was punctual, but they also thought about our kids and pets.

Horrible move! Horrible move!! Stay away from this company!! They low balled estimate, then asked for more $$ mere days before scheduled move (underestimated size of truck needed), customer service is the absolute worst, and their insurance at $0.60/lb/article is a joke, ie they won’t pay claims. In addition, they brokered our load to another carrier without telling us. Both Drivers did not speak English. We ended up paying 77% MORE than the initial estimate. RUN AWAY from this company!!
