GBThe pick up and delivery of my furniture was great. Excellent moving crew!!!!! The pick up and delivery of my furniture was excellent. They were careful, patient and very efficient. Both the pickup foremen and delivery foremen, Mike and crew were great. However, the process for payment of services is very confusing and difficult. First down payment was simple with debit card, but the company does not inform you that the remainder of the payment upon pickup and delivery must be in cash or USPS money order, or wire the money a day before. You don’t get this information up front. So if you pay in installments it is a nightmare and the company excepts no other payment forms. They need a better form of payment and they need to explain the details of payment upfront.

Upon unpacking, all items were present and undamaged. GBMy pick up and delivery of our belongings was great My pick up of our belongings was wonderful. A team of three showed up and promptly got to work. Be prepared that you didn’t pack everything as needed for your items to be safe. The team packed my fragile items extra, which did cost but it protected the items so much better. My delivery driver experience was also great. Mike delivered our household all by himself as his teammate was stuck in a snowstorm. He was awesome and very organized.

GBHeck no Heck no. 26k and 90% of our belongings were damaged. When we called they said you signed and should have known. You get 60 cents per lb of damage so thousands of dollars worth of damage get you a couple hundred bucks through the “million dollar” insurance. Worst interstate move ever, worst customer service ever. Deceptive and bait and switch company. Do yourself a favor if you’re moving long distance and get pods, pay local movers to stack them if you don’t want to do it yourself and then have them ship it and repeat. It will cost you a quarter of what we paid.
