From the moment they arrived at my home, they took the time to carefully assess all of my belongings and provide me with a customized moving plan that met my specific needs. They made sure to pack each item with care and attention, and even provided tips and advice on how to best pack certain items to ensure their safe transport.

EXTORTIONISTS!! Unprofessional!!! Stay Away~ I wish I never used this company. They were contracted for me by Moving Ally Brokers. This is such an unprofessional moving company. I was told one quote for moving a bedroom set and 75in television10 minutes to my new apartment, and that it was going to be 4 hours to move. 12 hours later the two illegal men from Diamond Hands Moving Company that Moving Ally sent were still in my new apartment demanding triple the amount of money agreed upon and wanting $300 cash each in order for them to leave my apartment. They said they were going to come back the next day and I kept telling them I did not want them to return. Not only did they break the drawers in my expensive dressers, cracked the marble tops and chipped the wood on my furniture they also broke my 75in tv that is not even a year old. Both Moving Ally and Diamond Hands Movers refuse to take responsibility for this and reimburse me for the damaged items and the extortion from their workers. Stay away! They are dishonest and opportunists trying to take advantage of people. Any good reviews below are most definitely false. This is an honest review. The 2 movers tried to intimidate me to not write this review by threatening to come back the next day. If I can save anyone from the god awful experience that I went through and am still going through because I am starting a lawsuit against them. As of today neither Moving Ally nor Diamond Hands Movers has taken any steps to compensate me for the everything they broke or rectify anything.
