Great people doing great work There are tons of options for movers in the San Fernando Valley but not many reliable ones. State 2 State made it possible for this move to happen and never changed the original price agreement from the beginning. I'm mentioning that because so many movers do, which I can't stand. Overall S2S simplified absolutely every part of my move to the midwest. The whole team was very nice to me. It really makes everything easier when you deal with people that you get along with, people who know how to communicate. Service was completely door to door. I can't remember having a moving experience go so well that I felt I need to write about it. This was definitely a first.

Super Organized I was called an hour in advance on the movers arrival. I was able to run out and get breakfast without worrying about them arriving. Not huge fan of giant time windows that force you to stay put. They were very considerate about that here. When the movers arrived they began work immediately in a courteous manner. The move from start to finish was completed ahead of schedule. Everything was properly wrapped. The price quoted was the price that I paid. Great value and service that I definitely feel comfortable recommending to others.

Impressive Work We gave them an extremely important job and they really impressed us. Our normal moving company that we work with was backed up and we had a last minute change that needed to be handled. They did custom crating for 30 pieces of artwork. Some fragile piece that needed to be packed very carefully were handled by them. They met our deadline in Miami and inspected every single freight with us before finishing the job. It was a costly procedure but their work was near flawless.

First Out of State Move My spouse and I both lost our jobs due to Covid. Our days consisted of taking online interviews through zoom and applying everywhere we could. The job market is very competitive right now. After a month of applying almost every day my significant other landed a very high paying job in Minneapolis. We had the talk about moving and we just decided to go with it. The company was so nice and even helped pay for it. We settled on State 2 State to take care of the move. We chose them based on how pleasant they were over the phone, their competitive rates and their availability. Service ended up being even better than we had hoped!

Expectations Exceeded State 2 State did everything in their power to make this a good experience for me. I was not comfortable going into this at all. It was my first out of state move and didn't want to put much trust in them because of all my bad experiences with local movers in the past. Still, with my not so great attitude they kept everything very positive. While the truck was on it's way I was contacted a couple times with updates. Witnessing how organized they were with communication I started to feel better about the move. When they arrived everything was unloaded and accounted for in person. They worked off a check list they created. I checked out all the furniture with them one by one for damage. Couldn't find any at all. My guard was up pretty much the whole move but these exceeded my expectations.
