I was really pleased with the care they took in protecting our belongings, especially glass-topped dressers and other fragile items. They put cardboard over these, and then protective wrapping. They also were efficient and friendly. I don’t know if there were cheaper options, but they got the job done for about the estimated price. I would use them again.

Initially nervous due to the lack of detailed information requested beforehand, our concerns were quickly put to rest. The crew was friendly and professional, completing the move in just over 4 hours despite no elevator at the new place. Though they arrived almost 2 hours later than projected, a bit more communication would have been appreciated. However, considering the cost savings compared to other companies, it was worth the wait.
