She was so professional & kept me informed throughout the project of desgin changes & the installation schedule. The installers did a great job and were extermely neat & cleaned up after the work. Horrible customer service stay away Horrible customer service stay away. Install nightmare. Drawers are different color than rest of closet. Called 4 times since install date. Zero call backs Zero answers on problem. Unauthorized credit transaction taken without authorization. This company is a mess. Waited 4 months for a job done wrong. Now no answers on fixing the issue.

Hat’s Off Hat’s off to Closet Factory! A well run company from start to finish. My designer, VERONICA L, did a wonderful job; taking measurements, designing and making suggestions to help complete a perfect closet and bookcase. NICK, installer arrived exactly on time, worked non-stop putting it all together. Made sure I was happy with everything before he left. I will be doing more projects with Closet Factory soon.
