Very reasonable in price Very reasonable in price, like the fact that they are insulated to help keep your belongings cool I believe is the only company out there that does that. Flexible to bring the storage container to your location to another location or store at their yard if need more time. But they need an advance notice in case they do get a little busy with other clients

Coolbox was great to work with Coolbox was great to work with. Customer service reps were very helpful and we had our Coolboxes picked up and delivered with no problems. Contents were in perfect condition after storing for over a year. Highly recommend.

Cool Box is a great idea Cool Box is a great idea! We chose the 20’ model which is supposed to accommodate the contents of a 3-4 bedroom home. We did not find this estimate to be accurate. We ended up having to also rent a UHaul for what was left over. The container smelled like mildew. We highly suggest booking drop off, transfers, and pickups in as much advance as possible, as appointments fill up fast.

I appreciated all the help that I… I appreciated all the help that I received from Cool Box employees - Kerry, Ty, and Lee. They really seem to care about their job and they never got upset or acted irritated about the many request I made. Honestly, I would be annoyed by myself! But, they were nothing less from prompt, kind, and resourceful! When I noticed a billing discrepancy (not their fault, it was probably their systems) they helped me out immediately. Not many people in the customer service industry actually have customer service skills, so hats off to these guys!

Ok except…… Easy to order, great customer service very helpful Ordered 2-coolbox separate day delivery and pickup due to our short driveway! Only huge disappointment was our last storage container was stored overnight and next day delivery to the final destination we found our lock was missing and a few large gardening tools were missing and 2-side tables that were plastic wrapped sealed were broken into. No one helped us from coolbox, driver said the lock was there didn’t catch it till 30 minutes later and it wasn’t worth reporting it to our insurance. Would have been nice if as someone called us to give us a credit for the last month!!!
