Happy Removals customer Happy removal was very efficient in helping me move. I had less stress on moving day as they dealt with most of my furniture and items. Everything was handled with care and professionalism. I would definitely recommend happy removals to my friends. Lovely company and friendly people with a reasonable price. 5 star!!!

They were punctual and polite They were punctual and polite and followed direction well. This was an office move and was handled very professionally. Although, for the driver, English was not his first language he had no problem understanding the complicated delivery instructions. They also helped put together furniture on arrival. Would highly recommend. This was our second time using them.

Members of happy removal persuaded me… Members of happy removal persuaded me into paying for same day delivery and it is currently 9pm the next day and I am yet to receive my order, have no way of contacting the driver. A member of your team called me and assured me he would be with me at 8pm. I will now have to probably go into the store tomorrow and rent a van so I can pick up my order myself as your delivery service seems completely incompetent to do so. Might I add this is the fourth driver that they have probably sent to the wrong post code: how hard is it to just put me in contact with the driver so that I can confirm my postcode before wasting everybody’s time

Cancelled last minute Booked on the Thursday evening for a move on 29/6, very pleased we found someone last minute. Sunday 27th email at 7am after I had emailed about insurance to say they had overbooked. Disappointing that it took them 3 days to realise they were overbooked.
