Great experience Great experience. Swift response with short notice. Had 3 guys and a van for our maisonette to house move. Super helpful, made a very stressful day much easier. Couldn’t have asked for more and all wrapped up in less than half a day. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Amazing service Amazing service. I was in desperate need to move home within 3 days from London to Glasgow. The team came at my service within 2 hours and gave me a very reasonable quote. They then proceeded to have 2 vans ready for me the following day and take al my goods to Glasgow. By the time I got to the property itself all the stuff in the correct place as I informed prior to that where to put. Outstanding service. I could have not asked for more. These guys went way and beyond what I expected and saved me and saved the day. Highly recommend to use these guys

Broken furniture The movers were nice and friendly however our experience wasn't as positive or stress free as I would like. Firstly they were late so we had most of the contents of our small flat out so it was easier for them to load which still took around 2 hours and had to organise their van 3 times. Then it took them 1.5 hours to get to the property on a 23min drive or 45 min max with traffic. I was in another car and arrived to our new property in 30min. The company advised it would only take 5 hours max but left earlier considering they took an hour break and wouldn't help my partner take the furniture up in the lift in the new property and she mostly did it on her own which is unexpected when you pay for a supposedly professional service. Also on top of that my glass coffee table is cracked and the employee that is pretending to be the manger/owner all along wasn't the slightest bit concerned or empathetic but actually said that we were cheap and should of paid more instead of trying to save money, even though we were advised by them on the hours according to the amount of belongings we had by them and they wouldn't do anymore than 5hours, they won't take any responsibility and admitted that he doesn't have liability insurance. I'm applauded.

Extremely efficient, polite and friendly, Chris responds to queries immediately, and advises well (he delivered the exact right amount of packing materials - it's a skill!). The team are always punctual (early!) - they had us packed and out in no time, and into our new homes with time to spare - a record-fast move, they're careful, professional and frankly take away any of the usual stress of moving. Will use for any move in the future, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and professional moving service.
