You get what you pay pay for! You get what you pay pay for! Unprofessional movers, damaged most of my framed artwork, they didn’t wrap them in blanket but just dropped them in the truck. They broke a piece of glass that was for my TV cabinet and claimed there were only one piece and not two pieces. They dented the ceiling in the hallway, scratched the walls in my newly renovated apartment. They charged me extra as they claimed they need some kind of equipment to lower my mattress down from the loft and turned out they just pushed it off the railing of the loft by hands...what a scam! When the owner of the company who was also one the movers came to see the damage he has down was very unprofessional. He had the audacity to ask to buy my artwork while not taking responsibility of his negligence of my properties. He was smiling during the whole process and even asked me “why you are so upset?” I was not compensated for any of the damages! Will never use them again nor recommend them!

Second time using TB Moving! My first move with TB was within Long Island and they left me happy with their services, so I decided to use them again to move to Florida. This time Petar was on vacation so Brandon gave me an estimate. Price-wise it was very close to other movers but Brandon asked us specific questions to really understand the scope of work and our expectations. We hired an “exclusive truck” just with our belongings and our stuff was delivered in 3 calendar days and nothing was damaged.
