USA review ... and a question I am an Administrative Director for Education and Research at a hospital in Kentucky. I really enjoyed the SafeSide sessions. Of course I’m non-clinical, so a lot of it was new/interesting content for me. The Frontier Behavioral Health staff members I facilitated the sessions for seemed pretty engaged … had good discussion for nearly all of the group meetings. The medical director was tremendously engaged … and the clinic manager told me that the medical director even used the SS framework on a non-suicide matter just because he thought the flow would be useful in that different context. I absolutely loved the opioid-focused module … only the providers were at that session, so it was a smaller group overall and they did one group discussion of 10 folks instead of breaking into smaller groups and I thought that generated the best discussion of the entire series. One suggestion they had was to allow the participants to start accessing the online resources prior to completion of all of the modules … is that something that could be arranged going forward?
