Great move! Jayshon and Victor were incredible. They worked carefully and efficiently to move all of our items between cities. The loading and unloading processes were quick, orderly, and deliberate, and the truck was packed very securely. They arrived promptly and were respectful of neighbors in the buildings. They took care to wrap furniture, frames, and electronics (beyond what we had already prepared), and were extremely careful with fragile items. Beyond the effective performance, they were very nice, friendly, and in good spirits despite the heat and stairs (and heavy items). The reservation process with Nico was a breeze, and there were no surprises with billing. Would highly recommend using Poseidon in the future.

This company GHOSTED my parents the day… This company GHOSTED my parents the day of their move, Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend. We confirmed the move weeks in advance and on the day of the schedule move, we got a call that the truck was stuck in a weigh station and they would get back to us when they knew when to truck was on the way. ITS 4 DAYS LATER AND THEY NEVER CALLED. Specifically Isabella, the account manager and Jay the dispatcher never answered our calls ans just didn't care. ISABELLA SCAMMED US FROM THE JUMP OFF. She is a horrible employee, person, and liar. Left us hanging and unable to make any alternative plans because after leaving over 20 voicemails, no one ever called us back. The SOBs left my older parents high and dry on a holiday weekend on 5/30, when they needed to be out of their rental by 6/1. These people are scammers who cannot be trusted. Actually the worst company I was ever encountered in my life. Not only are they incompetent, but they are horrible, malicious people. SHAME ON YOU POSEIDON. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES. I'm filing a complaint with the department on transportation, as its now my full time mission to make sure these people are exposed for the criminals they are. The movers who ended up bailing us out were phenomenal. Call Tri state, one rate movers instead of these sh*theads.
