They made our move from NY to NJ an… They made our move from NY to NJ an absolute breeze! They were careful, courteous, on-time, and everything got to our new place in one piece! After a handful of absolutely disastrous moves, using a company that made the move so good made a huge difference!

This company GHOSTED my parents the day… This company GHOSTED my parents the day of their move, Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend. We confirmed the move weeks in advance and on the day of the schedule move, we got a call that the truck was stuck in a weigh station and they would get back to us when they knew when to truck was on the way. ITS 4 DAYS LATER AND THEY NEVER CALLED. Specifically Isabella, the account manager and Jay the dispatcher never answered our calls ans just didn't care. ISABELLA SCAMMED US FROM THE JUMP OFF. She is a horrible employee, person, and liar. Left us hanging and unable to make any alternative plans because after leaving over 20 voicemails, no one ever called us back. The SOBs left my older parents high and dry on a holiday weekend on 5/30, when they needed to be out of their rental by 6/1. These people are scammers who cannot be trusted. Actually the worst company I was ever encountered in my life. Not only are they incompetent, but they are horrible, malicious people. SHAME ON YOU POSEIDON. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES. I'm filing a complaint with the department on transportation, as its now my full time mission to make sure these people are exposed for the criminals they are. The movers who ended up bailing us out were phenomenal. Call Tri state, one rate movers instead of these sh*theads.

The best. I've used Poseidon moving for my last three moves and they have been fantastic each time. So professional and responsive. They work efficiently and always make sure my belongings are protected. Fabrice and his team were especially great this most recent move. We had a very stressful moving situation that they completely turned around for us. They are really great at their jobs. A-pluses all around.

Excellent experience with Poseidon! We've used Poseidon twice now and have been very impressed. Their online booking and communication before the move was excellent, the foreman for the move was very accommodating and the entire team was great on move day. Everyone was friendly, asked questions and were eager to follow our instructions on where to put our things, etc. Nothing was damaged and the overall experience was top notch. We'll be using them again soon when our new home is ready!

Wonderful experience Nico was very helpful and accommodating. Our driver was also very courteous and professional. We moved from Illinois to Boston smoothly with their help. The price was great and everything was wonderful. Highly recommended for a no nonsense move.
