GBDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!! After becoming physically limited due to a post covid autonomic nervous system dysfunction , i decided to GET help for moving. Nicole quoted me $280 per hour ( credit card) for 6 movers based on FULL assitance as she described and confirmed. THEIR WEBSITE STATES DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PARTIAL AND FULL PACKING AND UNPACKING. She said i could it would be better 6 movers or 7 to avoid overtime or do it in 2 days. I chose 6 movers same day. PLUS ALMOST $2000 for other fees later. I was specifically clear about my physical limitations and would need full assistance. I needed help packing, unpacking meaning packing, moving all my stuff and putting away. While their website glorifies and emphasizes how you can relax and not worry that everything will be done,its a completly FALSE advertisement. All the movers were very polite and nice and seemed to be working very hard. I would be happy to pay for even exyra time if they had left everthing in its place. They charged me $6000 and some more for leaving my new establishment a complete mess and chaos. I am incredibly pissed right now. These guys have no experience unpacking and putting things away whatsoever. They literally just shoved things away. Not to mention the complete disorganized packing job. I cant find anything. They are saying they will do everything for you but yet all my REFRIGERATED FOOD was packed in boxes and left hours without being put back in the fridge. I paid $6000 for leaving my place 100% more messy than has ever been. They claim I asked them to stop unpacking. OF COURSE....at !!PM at night and they were just making A BIG MESS. My bed wasnt even set yet. Now how am i suppose to get back to normal life, unable to do it physically myself. I know, spend another $6000 that i dont have to have someone come clean up the mess they left. IF your guys do not finsih the FULL PACKING AND UNPACKING as you promissed you have to refund people specially because i asked them to stop because they were making a mess. You advertise your movers have technical skills for the whole process. They can only dump stuff on boxes and move stuff. YOU should consider hiring professional organizers to do the packing and unpacking so you can actually charge people the type of money you charged me. So much for helping a post covid LONG HAULER. So pissed right now . The pics i am posting is a $6000 job . Completely took advantage of my vulnerability!!! We keep calling them and telling them we are unsatisfied ( they guarantee satisfaction on their website), keep calling them to ask them to adjust the hourly rate for what the service actually was ( MESSY DISORGANIZED PACKING AND MOVING) and not FULL PACKING AND UNPACKING as you promissed and they dont let you speak with any management or supervisor. NICOLE AND RAYNA keep saying they will speak to manager and call you back and never do. I have all your emails with you promissing full professional services. They seem to be a complete SCAM and take you money with no care. THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SKILLS. THE SERVICE YOU PROMISSED WAS A COMPLETE LIE. MISTER owner of SOS moving LLC. I know who you are. Showing off on Instagram with your lavish things and life pretending you earn an honest living. Stilling money from people with no care. YOU are in luck I come from LAW ENFORCEMENT meaning FBI family . I will take this up to the president if I have to , you will not get away with this. Hope you sleep well at night stilling money from people.

GBAdil and his crew were excellent Adil and his crew were excellent. They were on time, worked quickly and were very careful with all of the furniture and fragile items. I highly recommend them to anyone with moving needs.

GBTERRIBLE COMPAMY TERRIBLE COMPAMY - MOVER BEWARE Who doesn't love a bunch of good reviews, branded mover shirts, and a few pics with Snoop himself to cap it off, right? Exactly what I thought too guys, but read this before you choose SOS MOVING: A good first half of the move turned awful when movers tried guilt trip us into giving them an extra $150 to pocket, that was not in our quote for quoted move/ location/items. Things became extremely awkward, and they refused to move our couch unless I paid extra money for them to pocket or helped them physically move the couch. So ended up covered in dirt and sweat after being forced to help them move my couch up 4 stories worth of stairs on a 100+ degree day . . . . exactly what I wanted to avoid as I have chronic back issues and was the whole reason I got movers. . . . They damaged all of my custom framed prints (which I specifically asked them to wrap, but didn't), and then also wanted to charge me for the hour they spent on the phone trying to get their manager to "ok" an extra charge after I called customer service during the move. Keep reading, it gets better . . . . The movers then tried to force us to take pictures with them to post a review. They would not leave and wanted to stay and hover over us to watch us post a positive review about them/ SOS. I see from the photos here that them trying get people to do this before they leave must be practice, but after this terrible situation it was very uncomfortable. When I refused several times, they finally left. . . . . . but then returned 25 minutes later. . . after I thought they had long gone . . . to my door. . . to tell me not to post a bad review . . . IT WAS VERY CREEPY AND SORT OF THREATENING. It made my partner very uncomfortable, and she was convinced it was meant to be taken that way. Oh No, there's still more. . . To make it all even worse customer service would not return my calls half the time. They were nice/ courteous when I did get a hold of them, but after weeks of calls, texts, emailing photos of damaged items, this awful and stressful ordeal, and a stiff back FROM BEING FORCED TO HELP MOVE MY ITEMS. . . . they offered to refund me $200 only. . . an absolute joke. They did not stand behind the actions of their workers at all. They kept trying to say that the refund can only be .60/ per pound of the damaged items (even though they don't even have that information lol) and have refused to give me a breakdown of how they came to this low amount of $200 (what portion of this amount if for being forced to work, what portion is for the terrible situation, and what portion is for the damaged items). And they told me it was my "prerogative" to post a bad review, even though they tried to get me to sign an agreement stating that I will not post a review anywhere once I have been refunded, and I will not be given my money that they OWE ME until then. THAT IS LITERALLY THE DEFINITION OF EXTORTION. They insult was not worth the $200 refund. Literally, criminal business practices here guys. It has been two weeks since they told me I would receive my money, and nothing has happened, and have not responded to an email in a week, since i pointed out that this "refund method" was a form of extortion. lol I know there are lots of great reviews on here for SOS, and a pic or two with a celebrity in the reviews. . . but save yourself the potential headache, and major $$$$ lost, and go with another company that has equally great reviews. There are so many good honest movers to choose from here in SoCal who would appreciate your business.
