Sexual harassment & safety issues Don’t use these movers if you’re a woman. They are not safe! My move took about 6hours and for about 4 1/2 hours I was repeatedly sexually harassed by one of the movers. This included multiple invasive highly inappropriate questions and comments that are not fit for me to include here. It reached the point where I even told the mover to mind his business and just move my items, and he laughed and continued on with his comments. I sent an email to this company to make them aware of what happened and I did not receive any response. They clearly don’t care about the safety of their customers and as a woman this was very concerning for me because this mover has my phone number and my address. Do not use these movers!

It’s like texting a child I checked out Craigslist to discover options for movers when I came across Shields Movers who advertise last minute call and 24/7 holidays. I was impressed with their assertion to safety, insurance, reliability, and professionalism. I had quickly found exactly what I was looking for so I gave the company a text as recommended in their advertisement I didn’t hear back so I decided to submit a quote request on the company’s website out and was further impressed by how easy it was to navigate. Hours later I received a text back from the number in the ad: *Me: Hi - Shields: No *No? - We said no *Is this Shields Movers? - We are not interested.. stop texting us *(I sent a screen capture of their ad) - We are not interested stop texting us ok? *What? I'm trying to hire your company. - We are all booked up until next year we're not interested in your services *Your ad states last minute call and 24/7 holidays. - We are all booked up but cannot offer any Services we're booked up until next year *So you don't offer last minute call and 24/7 holidays? - No we don't it's no need to keep texting us we just said we cannot offer services we are booked up until next year it's no need we cannot offer you help stop texting us Their ad was nice, their website was nice, and their photos looked friendly however actions speak louder than words. Pretty disappointed with the actual interaction and communication.
