My move was from Laguna Beach to Los Angeles, Shawn understood how important are my clothes, such as designer bags, art work, furniture from Morocco, everything went smoothly and all my things are in great condition. Skip this company Skip this company. They lied about almost every facet of our move. From guaranteed delivery date—this was assured to us until move in day when it became “not possible” and “was just an estimate and we’d been undercharged for a service like that” I’d skip them, the good reviews here look like AI trash created by a slick marketing company. Don’t show Google/yelp/ any other reviews on their website and have no social presence. Take that as a sign they don’t want feedback reaching potential customers. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable local company that will properly measure your things and give an accurate quote. This place look great from the website but other than that—pretty terrible what they put people through. Once they have their non refundable deposit they’re happy though and on to the next one. Seems like once enough bad reviews pop up company name changes and they just start a new site with more fake AI reviews. Pretty lucrative scam they have going. Reply to the reply: More lies. Our move in date ended up being 3/21 a full 5 days after the guaranteed delivery. They’re even dishonest here to try to make themselves look better. A plant does not take up 628 cubic feet. That’s a whole studio apartment. Our furniture and boxes matched the quote. These guys have estimate software designed for a low price and to get a deposit. Like I said initially: save headache, go with a local company that measures your stuff, and if a price sounds too good to be true it usually is. Skip them.
