Superior customer service at Bornac Having recently leased from Bormac Self Storage, the experience for our team was exceptional. As a nonprofit, there were many pieces to pulling this together and we couldn’t be more pleased. Customer service was superior and Dale worked through many challenges with us. Thank you for making this such a positive experience.

I rented 2 units I rented 2 units. One for over a year. My units were auctioned off without informing me. I was treated terrible by the owner. I had thousands of dollars worth of items. I was treated like garbage. They were awful

This is the best place around! We moved long distance and had been looking for a large climate controlled unit near our home. I personally kept in touch with Linda in Ellsworth for over three months. She always kept us updated on what might be available. We were able to get a 10x20 and a 10x10 just in time. Linda was so very helpful in making this happen! The cleanliness and security of the units, along with the excellent customer service, was paramount in making this the best choice for us. Our belongings are safe and secure, and in great hands! Don't look anywhere else!

Safe and secure The staff is extremely wonderful, helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I needed a storage unit and they helped me with going over sizes and prices. They have moving carts available and facility is safe and secure, one of the few facilities with 24/7 access, it was just a great experience all around!! I will never go anywhere else.
