NOT WWT, and in rough condition Definitely not Water and wind tight as advertised. Wood flooring was completely falling apart and outside condition was rough as well. Main issues was the inside with the flooring falling apart and bolts sticking out. Driver that dropped off Container did not make it any better by mentioning he picked up the container from some random lot and just dropped it off to us. After we replaced the flooring and repainted the the container in and out, it was a bit better

That when empty we could move it a little with chains and our truck. It is working great!
