Marianne was wonderful and provided… Marianne was wonderful and provided great customer service. Once our order was handed off to the woman who handled shipment customer service was terrible. Weeks turned into months and still no delivery. When I would call to inquire about why it was taking so much longer than stated on the website I received no return call. Had to follow up several times. Not sure when the actual delivery was but this survey is making me choose a date. I do know it was in the summer.
