Louis was very gentle, and due to the stress of my situation, the patience from the customer service department is highly appreciated. They handle a decent response-time and cover the most critical details to perform a good move. The truck's driver was supposed to contact me once he arrived in California but he was delayed by one day; I understand there are so many factors that could impact the punctuality of the truck, however, exempting for that everything goes smooth and my stuff was delivered with no issues. I recommend this company for those who are in a rush and looking for kind people on the other side of the phone.

I got Errol as one of my movers, and he was so very amazing. He called ahead to give me a time in which he would be there and he was there at that time. Erroll, Perry and Speedy worked so very hard to ensure my items were well wrapped and handled with care. They moved me in such a short time and I am so very grateful for their hard work. Errol even went as far as placing my living room furniture in such a decorative manner, that I do not even have to do anything to my living room. These guys knew exactly what they were doing and I saw them maneuver in ways that I did not think possible. One thing I loved most is that all three men were very personable.
