All great so far- they are very attentive My husband wants to bring the rest of his things that are still in America to the place where we live, our house in Brazil, and the whole process reeks bureaucracy and seems to be very, very tiring. But talking to Valeria has been a breath of fresh air amid the craziness. She is incredible helpful, always available and helped me with my doubts, that were many. We haven't started the moving process oficially yet, but if my experience talking to Valeria is an example of how this company handle its costumers, I know that my husband's belongings will be in great hands.

The packaging in Miami was very fast… The packaging in Miami was very fast and we had a very good experience. No damages on the property or on the goods. We only had problem with the fact that during the transportation, some of the goods were damaged but it’s expected on any moving as big as ours.
