Profound is not a Moving Company We contracted for moving services with Profound Moving after reading the excellent reviews. Our move was from Indiana to Florida. Everything was very professional on the phone, but when the movers arrived on April 27, 2022, we were told that they were not Profound and that Profound just contracts out the moves. We had no idea who the movers were, but they were courteous and professional enough. They also stated that they were picking up another customer's items, but they had no stickers to differentiate what belonged to who. I offered to tag mine, but was told they were getting stickers from the office and they knew what was ours. When the truck arrived to drop off our belongings on May 7, 2022, we noticed our hand truck was missing and later another box with dishes was also missing. Several bins were damaged and our new luggage showed signs of unnecessary wear. I did not know who the mover was but I did have the phone number of the mover since I paid with Zelle. I also contacted Profound. We have just filled out a loss form, but beware who you are doing business with. I would not have contracted with a company who was going to source out the move and then direct me back to the unknown mover when there was a problem. I am hopeful this will end well, but I have serious doubts. If this is resolved to my satisfaction, in the interest of fairness, I will update this review. As of July 25, 2022, nothing has been resolved. Profound has directed us to deal with Lifetime Moverz directly and file a claim. Unbelievable! Bait and Switch! Beware!

Joe and Wesley were excellent… Joe and Wesley were excellent throughout the course of my move to Indiana. They gave me the real price the first time, and provide an excellent crew of guys to get me moved. 10/10, would recommend
