This company is a scam This company is a scam. I was hired to do a move for a customer. They ask you to take a picture when you arive and when you are done. They only payed me for 2 hours when the job took 5 hours. They dont even explain to the customer that they are paying for the labor only, no truck included in the price. When I got there the customer was expecting me to have a truck and I was expecting to load and inload a truck already rented bt the customer.They have this text only system and you can't reach a live bot to sort out your issues but the can sure text you and ask for a lot of info and updates. Never again!

Email Explains Everything Good afternoon to whom it may concern, When I was browsing moving options last month I had sincerely wished I had never come across this atrocious company. I requested a QUOTE, to which I was instructed to put a $1 deposit down. I had asked the operator if it was okay if I put a time down for the quote for the moment, and to please follow up with me to finalize this later. He said this was fine, and we could adjust the time and date later at any time. I had even told him I was going to switch the method of payment later down the line. NO ONE followed up with me, no one CONFIRMED my appointment time, and NO ONE informed me of any "Cancellation Policy". Because no one had gotten back to me, I sent an email at 10:32AM the DAY BEFORE the phone operator put me down for an appointment. Which is WELL BEFORE 24 HOURS ADVANCE SINCE WE NEVER CONFIRMED A SET TIME. NO ONE CALLED ME BACK. Now I am receiving emails of threats of legal action? Absolutely ridiculous! I will never use this company again and will advise anyone to stay away. If your company continues to harass me with threats of legal action, I will follow up as well. This is harassment at this point and I owe nobody anything. You are all scammers. Have your employees follow up accordingly and inform potential customers of policies and don't trick them into putting down a time for it later to be claimed as a confirmed time. You owe me my dollar back.

Absolutely the worst!! Absolutely the worst!!! Contacted the Better Business Bureau and this company has an F rating. The company broke my furniture and overcharged me for the move..giving me no details about who deals with complaints in this organization. My mail to them has been marked return to sender.
