GBThey called in the morning and asked if… They called in the morning and asked if it would be OK to start earlier. I appreciated that instead of just showing up, plus the fact it was a 10 hours drive to my new destination. These guys are in their 20's, yet showed professionalism of long time movers. Any question I asked them, their response was always, We'll take care of that for you. No words were ever kinder to my ears at this point. They went the extra mile for me and were very personable, warm and understanding of my concerns. I would absolutely recommend them to everyone I know and I wish them the best in their moving business journey. Take care guys.

GBWe had a great experience with Tower… We had a great experience with Tower moving systems and they came on time. They were also able to accommodate some quick changes that we had to put in place and add more movers, Alex and his crew were awesome we would definitely recommend them to everybody.

GBSome are using Tower to SCAM people and TMS is part of the problem!! Tower Moving Systems was used to hire a mover which was to move my mother-in-law and family. A mover shows up at 11pm, four hours late. The mover tried to scam them out of am extra $600 to move on the basis that the queen bed he was to move did not include box springs, and the mover was verbally combative, talking down to them and made threats. Tower MS denied the ability to de-conflict the situation, nor could they provide a mover in a timely manner, all the while holding a $600 deposit which its disposition is questionable. Folks, please get the name of the mover being provided and check its references and look for ratings on their performance. No one needs the grief and extra cost that is incurred.

GBWill damage your properties They showed up very late which could be understandable. Not considerate though, as the elevator was held for them. They instantly began talking about the budgeted time not being enough and that I would have to pay $1500 extra. This is before even starting. Asked that I paid half ($750) right away. I was frustrated but desperate so did so. We got to the destination on time but they literatlly sat in the truck for 1 hour after taking a food break. When I asked if we can continue, they did so half heartedly. The final straws - They damaged the door frame carrying a dresser and forgot to place my bed on the rug as it was. They refused to correct it due to the beds weight... They still have not gotten back to me about the damaged door and its been over 8 weeks!
