I went from 350 square fee to 600 square feet an price almost doubled - They were going to store my goods for two months. Once they had the good they raised the price 50% - When we receive the belongings, they are wrecked. They were treated poorly, and the brand new boxes now had oil stains, mouse poop in the clothes, and cockroaches coming out of boxes. - I called over and over to try and get some compensation and they offer $125 on a $5,000 move where we had to get all clothes cleaned and the breakage of fragile items was severe. RUN AWAY!

GBBad experience Shane was great. However when I needed to cancel my move getting my deposit back was a very bad experience. They said 10-14 days. It’s been 23 day/17 business days and I still haven’t received it. They told me there is a cue. Feels like a Ponzi scheme where they only refund when they get a new account. To be clear they didn’t provide any service. This was a deposit.

GBI hired them on May 31st I hired them on May 31st. I told the Rep,Joy that I needed eveything delviered on the 15th of July.Joy said that they need to pick it up by the 10th to have it there by the 15th. The 10th came and no call. I called them and they said they will call 48 hours out. The 11th came,I called again.They again said they will call 48 hours out since it a 2 day travel to connecticut. The 13th came and no call. I called again and got Diego the owner, He said that they could not garrannty a 15th delivery and that If I want it on the 15th to cancel and get a U Haul. Deigo cancelled it and said I would see my deposit in 7 business days. I call 10 days later and no meny returned. I spoke with Taylor and she said I would have the money by thursday. No money on thursad or friday. No I'm dea;ing with Andrew and he said they are having a problem on August 4th making the refund happened. Well today is the 7th of August still no refund.Andrew is saying hopfully the money will be returned by the end of the week. These actions speak for themselves. I have also sent emails to Diego the owner and he does not return emails. Lets see if I get the deposit money back by Friday August 11th which is 4 weeks later.
