GBProfessional, trustworthy, life saving service! I had a procedure that I struggled with transportation to/from. I found welift via a search and was pleasantly surprised that they manage non-wheelchair transport and post op pickup as well. As we all know Ubers aren't allowed to get you after surgery due to anesthesia effects. This medical transport service was allowed. Welift was a life saver. The appointment was set about a week before, re-confirmed two days before, and I got a check-in 30mins before my ride to the outpatient surgical center--- quite professional. Mr. Warren, the owner, drove me himself that morning at 5:45am and his staff took care of the pickup at noon, having flexibility around when I woke up from general anesthesia. Mr. Ray walked me to my door and helped me sit down, which was SO helpful given that I was woozy and had 13 steps. I received the invoice via a link to pay later that night, which was great to allow me to sleep some. The fee was extraordinarily reasonable, the service was easy to use, professional yet friendly staff, the vehicle was a van for non wheelchair use...and I highly highly recommend this when you are in a bind. Beyond grateful and I will be recommending them to others! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

GBOne of my guys was an hr late One of my guys was an hr late. The other really didn't seem to have any kind of moving experience. Things were damaged and the movers really had no hustle or drive. The company did respond and did not charge me which was nice.

GBWe decided to go with welift We decided to go with welift. They were on time and quick! We ran into one snag after everything but they were fast to rectify the situation. Things can happen when using any outside people, but the fact they were so fast and willing to resolve it was really nice.

GBThey had to cancel because of weather… They had to cancel because of weather which I understand, but is difficult when moving timeframes are small as mine was. Also difficult with my work schedule to accommodate the change. They rescheduled for the next day, but only one of there movers came on time. The second mover came 50 minutes late. They didn’t charge me until the second one came, but I had to take additional unplanned time off because of all the rescheduling. Definitely an affordable option, but you get what you pay for.
