GBMy experience was/is TERRIBLE!! My experience was/is TERRIBLE!!! The movers did not use the inventory list provided. The left most of the items that they were supposed to move, and moved things that they were supposed to leave. I was not provided with a copy of the signed inventory when the items were delivered, and now I am battling with customer service just to get some relief. I now have to pay another $2000.00 to move the items that were left. Don't use this company.

GBIn the End We Got Our Things These guys outsourced our move to two guys from Turkey. Contract stated 50% upfront and 50% delivered. Guys showed up on 8/3/2023 demanding 100% and a tip. They damaged our home. Still waiting for delivery. Customer service is a joke. Rep got combative when I suggested they should get someone else to finish the move as the Turkey guys stated their trailer was broken and are looking to have someone else deliver. Said there's no problem with that other than they shouldn't have told us. I see a problem in that they didn't vet who they are outsourcing to. Update 9/6/2023 - Reps have gone MIA. There's no updates, no communication, no care. Our $40k of household goods/items are nowhere to be found. Absolute nightmare. Update 9/19/2023. I reached out to their surety company and all of a sudden they were answering emails and calls. However, they didn't give us any timelines and said they were referring other movers but wouldn't provide names, in fact, they don't have a list of contracted movers to share. The surety says their scope is limited to money paid to the broker that is meant to be paid to the mover. Now that the imminent threat of the surety is behind them it's crickets again. They don't stand behind you. They will gaslight and ignore you. Stay away. Additionally, we asked to have the option to pick up our things so we could figure out the move. They won't give us the information and won't have the mover give us the information. Considering we've paid 100% of the move price asked this is real scummy. 11/9/2023 update. We received our items on 10/16/2023. Somewhere along the line the Out of State Moving Companies started following up and providing updates. On 9/27/2023 I was able to get in touch with the one of the owners of the out-sourced movers. He said that his partner had been the one who collected our items initially and had put our things in storage, and then didn't pay the storage fees. He told me that he paid the storage fees and moved our things to his storage and would get us our things. He ultimately came through and as far as we can tell everything that was shipped got to us. Some things were damaged in the move but some of that can be expected in a move. Having said that, we were told we could get some compensation for our troubles. We've been offered $360 but need to update our review to reflect resolution/satisfaction. So I am moving my review from a 1 star to 3 star in order to get the "courtesy compensation".

GBNightmare. Scam. My mother chose them. They scammed her. New company with no online presence and no office. Just a home listed as the business address. Run!!! I wish I did my homework. Do not trust the lady named Ro**. She will do anything to get your credit card and fill you with lies and deceit. Had to pay 2x quoted price or they would not deliver her items.

GBExcellent experience The company was there for me from beginning to end. Rose was extremely helpful from day one at giving me a moving quote and getting my move set up to throughout the weeks leading to my move with answering my questions. Others on the team were great on the day of my move by making sure the movers arrived and that they delivered my items. This was my first time using a company to move across states and I felt very comfortable and taken care of through the whole process.

GBI reserved last minute move, very good price! Confident, & on time as promised The company is actually verified to work with major carriers and brokerages in the states. This is the only reason I chose them. I believe they are tied with top quality carriers, and that’s how my move went. Anyways I’m only writing the review because my rep basically begged me because they don’t have enough reviews about them. She stated everyone has a fantastic transition dosent care to write. Which made sense. And I was happy to write, although I did wait until the delivery just to make sure everything went well. Well, yes, all except the last bolt to the twin bed. I myself have experience in the moving (being moved by my employers constantly) so this is not my first time at this. I decided to give them a try, and after doing lots of research and basically comparing them, and finding out that most work together. I should point that out because the price difference between all the once I spoke with was only $150-$250. They were in the middle. I went with my gut and chose the rep with the best personality who is M**** (she told me not to write her name or the review will get deleted, which happened to her coworkers, also I must point out I did NOT reserve her even though my gut told me to do so!). But she was a sweetheart and very caring. Covered every question I had, so I went with my gut. I chose her mentaly because I believe SHE would be the one behind me if all hell broke loose (which happened to me in my last two moves). My move was 2.5 bedrooms and I was worried about the insurance aspect. When I spoke to her she assured me that insurance is included, I ran their license and sure enough they are! The only thing I hated but thats why I got the better rate was the 5 day window flexibility because we were in a complicated area, and it being a last minute move she explained I had to be very flexible or the carrier would not accept the job, which made me think twice about hiring them. I then called another company to compare details (stupid me because I just ended up reserving them because I was tired) and that is when they told me a lower rate, I sent them the other company quote and they beat it by about $65 dollars (I wasn’t looking for the price, I was looking for a guaranteed pick up date). They told me they will show up within a 3 day window. But the more I spoke, my gut kept telling me something was off. So I decided to call M**** back and told her how I made the reservation with the other company, and she explained that she isn’t able to book the move for me anymore unless I officially cancel them with a written email, because apparently they are their “sister company” and the price difference they gave was because I forgot to add Vac, Iron board, Cat tree, 2 Suitcases. So her price based on lists was actually still better when she took them off. Anyways I sent the other company an email, and they said 72 hours to get money back, and I am loosing a part of the deposit. Which is fine, because at that point I was so pissed that I didn’t listen to myself. M**** explained that the reservation can only be made after written notice ti the other company. She walked me through everything. And she explained that sometimes what other companies don’t explain that is inventory has to be exactly the same for you to truly know if you have the price comparison accurate. The other company did not tell me that, so I felt they basically lowballed me. M**** also explained that when a company outbids the price too high they can get a lower rated carrier, and that’s not what she had for me. I just had to trust. So I did. And am glad!!! After the delivery time, the only thing that was missing was a bolt they lost I guess during disassembly!!! I went to Home Depot and bought one really quick and they put the bed back up. They did leave all the materials behind which I didn’t appreciate, but they explained that they are moved and not housekeepers. M**** had her manager call me and follow up about the experience and called me twice later as a follow up, asking for a review, because she stated company is fairly new as a sister company, but with same exact drivers/loading crew and carriers if not better. So this is my experience, and the only reason for 4 stars, is because of the screw missing. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO HAVE ZIPLOCK BAGS FOR THE GUYS AND DINT LET THEM TAKE THEM keep the screws that part was very annoying but based on previous moves I had in the past through a huge company this was nothing to worry about!
