I’m so glad I chose White Glove… I’m so glad I chose White Glove Relocation Group to move me. Charlie is the star of that company. I didn’t know at first that they were a broker but she explained the process and was comforting because I get anxious and was about to cancel. I know I was annoying but she either always answered for me or returned my call which was assuring. There was an increase in price that was unexpected which was the only thing that I was stressed about but again Charlie got the movers to work with me and I did take additional items but the entire move went great. I would definitely recommend them. Just know that there are a broker.

Total scam Total scam! Buyers beware. They will lure you with a low moving cost so you can put down a deposit. Then after 48 hours they will do a second "inventory" which will be more thorough to somehow justify the price increase. Then you are stuck because they will say you can't get your deposit back... somehow they feel entitled to keep your deposit even if a service is not provided. So after increasing the price they don't think its justifiable to adjust the clock on the 48 hour cancelation... coincident??? No, just a bait and switch scam.

Good price with amazing service I paid to have my family moved from Utah to Florida and use the services of White Glove Relocation Group. I was going to cancel my move because I found out that they were moving agent and not the moving company but I was outside cancellation window. I was very skeptical but my moving coordinator, Steven assured me everything would go well and the customer service kept me updated About the move. Charlie thank you, you were great and answering all of my questions I’m being 100% transparent about everything. The movers that they chose for my move is called A1 transportation and my move went amazing. My family was extremely happy the only issue was the delay of pick up for one week due to a mixing up of schedules but they provided me with a discount for that and everything worked out well I would definitely recommend this company.
