We used golden gate to pack and move… We used golden gate to pack and move our household belongings from California to North Carolina. My husband and I are up in age, packing and moving cross country alone wasn’t an option for us. The team at golden gate was wonderful to us and explained how everything was going to work. My daughter supervised the packing of our things and everything went smooth. When it was time for delivery the guys were so nice and put everything where I wanted it.I highly recommend them to anyone moving.

Very happy customer The movers saved my time and work by loading and unloading my items quickly, which really amazed me. They took excellent care as they removed my goods and furnishing.

Underhanded business practices We were told we’d get a written agreement on the price once the foreman walked our home. All good until they ran out of truck space. Nothing added, but they say we need $2,000 more to take the rest of our stuff. Now our stuff is being held hostage because they are underhanded and dirty. Also, owner won’t contact me back. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

Spectacular move!! They were the best movers I've ever seen. We still have a few large paintings, televisions, and pieces of furniture to pack, on top of the many boxes of smaller items. They were really superb. They worked swiftly and meticulously, and they communicated well. Their arrival and completion of the task were both punctual.

My husband and I used Golden Gate to… My husband and I used Golden Gate to help us move from California to Nevada. The entire team was very knowledgeable and friendly. The movers showed up on time , packed and loaded our items as expected. We did have more boxes than what we thought and they packed those also. We had to pay more for having more boxes but that was ok. We used their free storage for 3 weeks until we got everything settled in our new place. Delivery was smooth , we are glad to be sleeping in our own beds again. Overall great experience and great company.
