Mike promised free of charge packing and 10 days delivery. But didn't keep it since it was verbal. While asking on the same to Daniel, he started giving all different contractual excuses and didn't keep the word. My delivery was a week late. Pick up guys from Ideal moving threaten to leave without my stuff if I don't agree to his demand, and had created scene at my doors. Beware with their definition of day, for them its business day as they don't count weekend. He also promised for refund for delayed delivery but never gave refund back and stopped responding to message or calls. Once you give them deposit you are hooked to them, so please exercise extreme caution with these people. Ask everything in written, before agreeing on anything with them.
