GBI think this is a terrific business… I think this is a terrific business concept and very helpful for people with complicated or multi-phased moves. I would have given them 5 stars but I think they're a bit disorganized. My belongings were moved from one container to another in their storage facility at some point without my knowledge and I think some things were lost.

GBInitially after my move a gave My… Initially after my move I gave My Porter a good review until I noticed my firearm was stolen. I discussed the matter with one of the owners on two separate occasions in which he assured me he would get to the bottom of the issue, nothing was done. My move was in November 2018, I've yet to hear back.

GBThey somehow completely lost several of… They somehow completely lost several of my items (parts of my bed, my office chair, and some other things, and they damaged others (my dining room table and daughter's armoire. They never even tried to find the lost stuff and haven't contacted me since. Terrible company. On top of that, I bought a big lunch for the guys that were delivering and one of them stole a big bag of unopened chips... ridiculous. Stay away... you'll regret hiring them.

GBReally impressed with MyPorter Really impressed with MyPorter. The team came out to pack up my place in preparation for moving tomorrow. They were courteous, respectful and handled even the smallest items with care and concern. Hopefully this is the same crew who moves me tomorrow. They were a lot of fun and kept me laughing! I'd definitely recommend MyPorter for moving and packing and will use them again should the need arise.

GBMissing majority of my possessions Do NOT...I REPEAT do not store you belongings with MyPorter storage! I had an account with their company for two years with a storage unit for the size of a(n) one bedroom apartment. I requested for my entire unit to be delivered to me last month. I only received my couch, chair, end tables, one lamp, and half of my TV stand. I told their movers majority of my things were missing and their OWN employees admitted the company has many complaints for the same issue. They are known for poor management and storing clients' possessions in multiple units due to lack of space. Prior to the delivery, their 'famous' online visual tool to see EACH item in your unit has been down for over a year due to new management and system. I filed a claim and still haven't received a resolution from their department on how/when I will be compensated for the rent I paid plus my missing belongings.
