Very Deceptive Quotes - Did Not Disclose "Booking Fee" A $400 "booking fee" was added to the payment due after the goods were picked up. This fee was not on the binding moving estimate at the time the contract was signed. Emails and phone calls to the company were ignored. Other than filing a small claims lawsuit there is not much you can do once they have your goods.
