GBRip offs Rip offs. They did not ship on time nor do they respond to calls/texts. Two men loaded but only one man arrived to unload. He rolled items and destroyed the dresser! Oh hand the quote they gave was too good to be true. It nearly doubled. This was done after items were loaded onto truck which was the size of a small Uhaul. Terrible company with terrible customer service.

They were affordable, worked within our constraints, and were flexible enough to help us relocate at the last minute. Throughout the day, their movers were really productive and kind, turning what could have been a stressful experience into a positive one.

GBWORST company ever WORST company ever! Paid over $31k to them and their affiliate Blue Lion Moving and Storage and my HHG are now-where to be found. customer service does not return calls nor does management from either company. Do NOT use either of these companies!!!

GBThey replied to my re view dated 30 May… They replied to my review dated 30 May 2023 and stated my items would be delivered between Tuesday and Thursday of next week which would be 7 to 9 June 2023. Well, here it is the 13th of June and still no delivery. No phone calls, nothing at all. I doubt they will deliver at all and will have to litigate as they are useless to talk to and probably don't even know where my belongings are located. I basically paid thousands of dollars to have my belongings stolen or destroyed.

GBVery Deceptive Quotes - Did Not Disclose "Booking Fee" A $400 "booking fee" was added to the payment due after the goods were picked up. This fee was not on the binding moving estimate at the time the contract was signed. Emails and phone calls to the company were ignored. Other than filing a small claims lawsuit there is not much you can do once they have your goods.
