STAY AWAY! Dishonest, Extortionists Unprofessional I wish I never used this company. They are not movers, they are dishonest brokers and they work with unprofessional moving companies. I was told one quote for moving a bedroom set and 75in television10 minutes to my new apartment, and that it was going to be 4 hours to move. 12 hours later the two illegal men from Diamond Hands Moving Company that Moving Ally sent were still in my new apartment demanding triple the amount of money agreed upon and wanting $300 cash each in order for them to leave my apartment. They said they were going to come back the next day and I kept telling them I did not want them to return. Not only did they break the drawers in my expensive dressers, cracked the marble tops and chipped the wood on my furniture they also broke my 75in tv that is not even a year old. Both Moving Ally and Diamond Hands Movers refuse to take responsibility for this and reimburse me for the damaged items and the extortion from their workers. Stay away! They are dishonest and opportunists trying to take advantage of people.

Short and unprofessional sales call I was called by, presumably, a sales person asking if I still wanted to move with them. They gave no introduction and when I asked that they remove me from their contact list, as I have already settled my moving plans, they hung up without saying a word. So rude and unprofessional. Never heard of this moving service before but based on this experience I will not consider their business next time I’m looking for moving services.

WARNING!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They are a broker not a MOVING COMPANY and Completely dishonest. I was given a quote (very reasonable) and agreed to terms, I was asked for a deposit that I was told would come off my final bill so I paid. Well the cost of my move was Double with an additional $50. Added to cover the Taxes paid by movers?!? When I called moving ally to discuss the over charging and my deposit I was repeatedly ignored, AS A MATTER OF FACT I have yet to hear back from them. HORRIBLE COMPANY WITH WORSE EMPLOYEES. AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY MOVING IS STRESSFUL ENOUGH

they brought a moving truck too small… they brought a moving truck too small and we had to make 2 trips/ they didnt have enough drop cloths to wrap my furniture/ they broke a door off my armoire the day of moving/ Sept 24 and havent paid me or replaced spoke w/Marty(the owner) and he wont be responsible for the movers that he contracted out. I would not recommend anyone to use them

They do not provide an honest quote They do not provide an honest quote. They give the customer something that is totally different than the moving company. The moving company had a set date and Movingally provided a per driver per hour rate. Ended being more than double than what was quoted. Now what would have happened if someone did not have that kind of money. I think Movingally should pay me the difference. Least they can do for their dishonesty.
