The ol’ bait and switch This company low ball bids you, shows up later than expected, leaves half your stuff and then pretty much leaves you in a position, at 930 at night I might at add, to have to pay double what they originally quoted. All because they wouldn’t do a video estimate and make sure they were being accurate. They said they gave options, but what options do you have 2 days before your move? Customer service went round and around. Trying to explain it away. Their estimate was basically only my furniture. Not even the boxes. I even took the mattress in my truck that they estimated. Save your time. Go elsewhere. This is a scam. I’ll be surprised if I even get my stuff.
