DO NOT USE this company DO NOT USE this company. I recently moved apartment units and hired them. They sent over 2 guys, the older guy wanted to talk the whole time. I was paying by the hour. From the second they arrived, the older gentleman was arguing with his partner the whole time. I’m not exaggerating. He was huffing and puffing because of where the apartment was located that we were moving into. They shoved my brand new through the door in the lobby, twisting it. All this while loudly arguing with his partner. It was embarrassing. They dented my apartment building wall from the couch. And the drywall all around is damaged. I was using my apartment cart, which is like a hotel luggage cart. They said we need that. So they used it and I had to wait until they were done to finish my part. I am missing 2 rugs. I live here part time so it took longer to notice the couch. I pulled the bed out and the leg broke in 1/2. It was never reattached. I called the company today and they basically told me the items were never insured , so they are not responsible. They are not responsible for items missing. They said I had 14 days to make a claim but it would of never been covered anyways. He offered absolutely nothing. A job which should of took tops 4 hours, took 8 and ended up costing me $1100. They never returned my deposit. So they got an extra $100 of that. I’ve never had an experience like this before. I take blame for not thoroughly reading the contract, I just think this should of been handled differently.
