Horrible Horrible. Got a $ quote, paid a % of that. Then a month later an amended $ quote, paid a % of that totaling almost $3,000. Then, just prior to pickup they wanted balance paid. This I refused. They refused to supply refund and my CC company sided with them. This disabled vet cannot afford losses like that.
