They loss and damage everything I owned. Do not use them!!! I cried literally for months because of my loss of valuable things I cannot get back that was pass down from my family. They are rude, they treat your complaints as if it is your personal issue and not theirs. They lie about protection coverage. PLEASE TAKE MY WORDS SERIOUSLY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I had been looking for a storage… I had been looking for a storage facility online for hours before I came across American Plus Moving. My problems were quickly fixed once I called them. The movers and Max were both really helpful.

Scammers for sure!!! This company picked up my friends… This company picked up my friends belongings on May 12 and the things they picked up never arrived at the planned location. Now they won’t answer her phone calls. It’s now June 8th. I told her to call the police. SCAMMERS!!

Do not choose this company! Scammers! They don't do any inventory estimate or video survey to estimate the weight/prices, instead just give you a price that is too good to be true. The agent calls repeatedly to try and pressure you to book their services right away and when you try to say anything else or ask additional questions, they hang up immediately!

They have only been open since last May….they only take a check over the phone or Zelle because you can’t dispute it… Any good review you see is a review that they posted.
